I received the wrong product. What do I do?

If you believe that you have received the wrong product, please contact us via email within 72 hours of receiving the product. When you contact us please provide the following detailed information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number (if available)
  • Name, description and size of what you received
  • Name, description and size of the correct item you ordered
  • Any additional information regarding the discrepancy
