What to do when you are experiencing technical difficulty with your Kottakkal Practitioner, Dropship or Wholesale account?

  • If you are unable to log in, you can try to use the "Forgot your password?" option to reset your password then login with the new password.
  • If you don't see discounted pricing for the products on the website then make sure you are logged in to the account. Try to log out of your account and log back in.
  • If after logging in you see the discounted pricing on the website but when you add products to the cart, the checkout button doesn't work or it doesn't show discounted pricing while processing payment.
    • You can try logging in and placing the order in incognito mode.
    • Try to clear cookies and cache from your browser.
