What if your order shows delivered on tracking by shipping company but you didn't received?

First, check the location where the delivery person may have left the package. Check with your neighbors or anyone who can take the delivery on your behalf. If you live in a Unit or Apartment, check with your leasing office.

Then, You should reach out to the shipping company directly as they can only help you where the package may have been delivered. If they are unable to find your package, you can file a missing/lost complaint with them so you can get a refund for the order.
